Same Day Despatch Motorcycle Helmets

Products displaying the “Same Day Despatch” label will be despatched the same working day when ordered before 12pm, Monday to Friday.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

  • Same Day Despatch applies only to the specific product showing the label.
  • If your order contains additional items without the label, your despatch may be delayed.
  • Motorcycle accessories such as visors, Bluetooth systems and other add-ons may need to be ordered separately.
  • During busy periods, including Christmas, New Year, Black Friday and NEC Show events, despatch times may be slightly longer.
  • Standard despatch times are typically 1–5 working days.

Please note: Most parcels arrive the next working day after despatch, but next day delivery is not guaranteed.

UK Mainland Motorcycle Helmet Delivery

FREE UK Mainland Delivery Over £25

Helmet City offers FREE UK mainland delivery to most mainland UK addresses on orders over £25.

For orders under £25, a flat delivery charge of £4 applies.

Orders are shipped using trusted UK couriers including DPD, FedEx and ParcelForce.

Most UK motorcycle helmet, clothing and accessory orders arrive within 2–5 working days.

Delivery Areas, Highlands, Islands & Surcharges

FREE delivery applies to:

  • Most UK mainland addresses on orders over £25
  • Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands on orders over £150
  • Northern Ireland on orders over £150

Some remote areas and non-mainland UK addresses may incur an additional delivery fee. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before despatch.

Areas that may incur additional charges:

AB31–38, AB40–45, AB51–56, FK19–21, HS1–9, IV1–28, IV30–32, IV36, IV40–49, IV51–56, KA27–28, KW1–17, PA20–49, PA60–78, PA80–88, PH1, PH5–26, PH30–44, ZE1–3 and Northern Ireland.

Important Delivery Information

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses or hotels.
  • Website stock levels are updated regularly but are not guaranteed live.
  • Some motorcycle helmets, clothing or accessories may be special order or temporarily out of stock.
  • Standard despatch times are typically 1–5 working days.
  • Delivery times may increase for out of stock or special order items.

International & EU Delivery

Helmet City is currently working on reintroducing international and EU shipping.

Courier Tracking

Helmet City orders are sent via DPD, FedEx or ParcelForce.

Once your order is despatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

We recommend downloading your courier’s app for live parcel tracking, delivery updates and delivery preferences.

Packaging & Parcel Care

All motorcycle helmets are carefully checked before despatch and shipped in a brand new protective outer box to help prevent transit damage.

Damaged Parcels

If a parcel appears visibly damaged on arrival, please do not accept or sign for it.

Once a parcel has been signed for, it is considered accepted as delivered in good condition.

Returning Motorcycle Helmets, Clothing & Accessories Safely

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned goods are packaged securely for transport.

Please ensure:

  • The product is NOT used
  • Original product boxes are protected with outer packaging.
  • Tape and labels are not applied directly to manufacturer packaging.
  • Motorcycle helmet boxes are returned in clean, resaleable condition.

A restocking fee may apply if original packaging is damaged due to insufficient packing.

If we have supplied the wrong item or your item is faulty, we will cover the return costs.
