How HC Points Work

  1. Create an account and shop online
    You must have a Helmet City account to earn and use HC Points.
  2. Earn points on every eligible purchase
    HC Points are automatically added to your account once your order has been dispatched.
  3. Spend your points on future orders
    Log in to your account and apply your points at checkout to get money off.

How to Earn HC Points

Earn points when you shop:

  • Full price products: 5 HC Points per £1 spent
  • Sale items: 2 HC Points per £1 spent
  • Price match items: 2 HC Points per £1 spent

Each product page clearly shows how many HC Points you will earn.

Bonus ways to earn:

  • Create an account: 100 HC Points
  • Leave a product review: 100 HC Points
    Review must be for a product purchased from HelmetCity.co.uk.

HC Points Value

100 HC Points = £1 discount

  • 500 HC Points = £5
  • 1,000 HC Points = £10
  • 2,000 HC Points = £20
  • 5,000 HC Points = £50

When You Receive Your Points

HC Points are added to your account once your full order has been dispatched. They will then be available to use on your next purchase.

Using Your HC Points

  • Points are visible in your basket when logged in
  • Choose to use all or some of your points at checkout
  • Any unused points remain in your account for future orders
  • There is no minimum spend required to redeem points
